Haze is BACK!

I rubbed my eyes...
BLINK BLINK...
It still looks visibly blur from a distance

My windscreen dirty?
I had it cleaned yesterday, so not its fault

I am getting them pains between the eyes; that pressing pain near the bridge of the nose
and the nose is getting really irritated

It's without doubt now...the Haze is BACK again!
Why is it always back??? What happened to the environment protection?
