It was an event planned and organized by his staff manager and we were engaged to help out in the entire coordination as well.
The venue selected was the Tanjong Marina City near Weld Quay (one of my favourite ship and yacht watching place:)
It was rather grand and canopies were set up to welcome an estimated crowd of 120+.
